In 1969 Dean's son Robert, newly out of four years in the Navy and a Wittenburg University accounting graduate, joined his father in Wark & Wark Co. The business moved to its current location at 220 Putnam Street in 1976. Bob continued as Wark Accounting after Dean retired in 1990, mentoring young accountants who went on to start their own local practices.

Jennifer Schenkel, a Marietta native and Marietta College public accounting graduate, joined the firm in 2012 after 13 years auditing local governments with the Auditor of State of Ohio. She served under her mentor Bob Wark for three years and became owner in 2015. Jenny Altenburger, a Heidelberg University graduate and former Auditor of State of Ohio auditor, has been an accountant with the firm since 2018. Missy Meyer, secretary and office manager, grew up in Pleasant Co., West Virginia and spent 25 years in community banking before joining.
