Sheridan Construction is a construction company in Macon, Georgia. Founded in 1947 by cousins Chris Sheridan and Angelo Punaro, the company completed its first project in January 1948 and its first project for Mount de Sales Academy later that year; it has since completed more than 100 projects for the school. It built the Ocmulgee National Monument Museum in 1950, completed 54 jobs for Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, and has worked with the City of Macon since 1952. In 2006 the company began an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and in 2015 completed its transition to a 100 percent employee-owned company, a structure it credits with boosting accountability and commitment on client work.
