Since then, the clinic has provided comprehensive medical services in Gwinnett County regardless of a patient's income or insurance status. The staff includes Pam Martin, who joined as Executive Director in January 2007 after co-founding a primary care payment company and serving as its CEO, and Dr. Michael Sineway, who joined in 2023 after the passing of founder Dr. William Martin. Dr. Sineway is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine, having practiced medicine for more than 40 years. The clinic's Board of Directors is diverse, with members bringing a wide range of backgrounds and skill sets. The clinic has also partnered with over 30 organizations in the Atlanta area to provide medical care to participants in their programs.

The clinic is located at 121 Langley Dr, about a tenth of a mile from West Crogan Street and a short distance from the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center courthouse, as well as near the Gwinnett County Planning & Development Department and memorials including Gwinnett's Natives and the American Revolution and War of 1812 memorials.
