Three Strands Vineyard and Winery is a winery in Douglasville, GA, located on Willow Springs Rd. The estate produces award-winning red, white, rose, and sweet fruit wines, alongside a food menu served in a vineyard-side tasting room designed in a modern industrial farmhouse chic style. Beyond the wines, the property operates as a destination venue, offering the Sinatra Space private event room, the Walled Garden wedding venue, and The Guest House, an on-site Airbnb for overnight stays. The Summerour family established the vineyard and winery in 2017 on a 20-acre Paulding County estate, planting their first acre of Crimson Cabernet vines in 2018 and adding an acre of Blanc Dubois in 2019, with long-term plans to expand to six acres across additional varietals.

The winery was built to scale, and the team works closely with industry consultants to guide both vineyard and cellar practices. Fritz Westover of Westover Vineyard Advising helped establish the vineyard from the ground up, covering vine varietal selection, soil analysis, spacing, trellising, spray programs, vine training, pruning, and harvest decisions. Winemaker Jason Summerour then spent two years working with Pennsylvania-based consultant Denise Gardner on the science of winemaking, including protocols for cleaning, sanitization, lab setup, and equipment use. Harvest timing is driven by close monitoring of Brix, pH, acidity, and weather, and wines are aged at 50 degrees Fahrenheit with 60 percent relative humidity before being fermented, pressed, matured, fined, filtered, and bottled on site. The facility also offers custom crush and bottling services for other venues that need wine supply without investing in their own winery.

The tasting room welcomes guests with tasting flights, glasses, and bottles, and the Vineyard Cafe serves handcrafted charcuterie boards, light bites, flatbreads, and sandwiches. Indoor seating is complemented by a heated outdoor deck and picnic tables set among the vines, with chairs welcome. Tables can be reserved by calling 770-652-1404 during business hours.
