Add-ons like blow-dry and brush-out pricing is based on coat length and condition. The business emphasizes that routine care is preventive, supporting overall health and helping prevent infection. Technicians use positive reinforcement techniques and calm, structured handling to reduce stress and build confidence for dogs during appointments. Regular visits help dogs become familiar with the process, facility, and staff, which builds trust and safety.

Scenthound began its journey in 2005 in mobile dog grooming before expanding to grooming salons. Founders Tim and Jessica Vogel created the business after realizing that most dogs do not receive the essential hygiene care they need to stay clean and healthy. The company focuses on educating dog parents on the importance of basic hygiene. Services are designed to be convenient and affordable, with transparent pricing that does not vary by breed or age for the basic service. Members save 25% on services. The business also offers additional treatments such as blueberry oatmeal scrub, dremel nail filing, and manual expression of anal sacs.

The business is known for its positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it. This reflects a reputation for reliable, stress-free routine care that prioritizes the health and comfort of dogs. The consistent, predictable nature of the appointments helps create a safe environment for every dog.

Scenthound Johns Creek West combines its focus on preventive hygiene with a convenient Alpharetta location to help dogs live longer, happier lives through consistent, essential care.
