Forme Pilates of Miami Lakes

Forme Pilates of Miami Lakes is a Pilates studio in Miami Lakes, FL. It holds a rating of 4.90 from the customers who have reviewed it.

The studio is part of Forme, a brand built around Self-Correcting smart posture apparel that uses patented Muscle Memory Technology to realign the neck, spine, shoulders, hips, and feet. The company traces its start to a family story: a mother battling late-stage cancer whose compressed lungs and failing posture made breathing and moving harder, and her son, an orthopedic surgeon, who could not accept that nothing existed to help her. That became Forme, which describes itself as the first self-correcting posture apparel, working with the body rather than forcing it through braces, tape, or compression. Its Intelligent Construct is a patented architecture of multidirectional tensile materials that communicates with the body's neuromuscular system, activating the right muscles and building proprioception naturally, with no wires or sensors. The product line includes the Power Bra, an award-winning posture correcting bra that engages spinal and shoulder muscle groups in real time; the Power Bra with a wider armhole; the Boost Short, a posture short with a multi-layer mesh waistband built to reverse pelvic tilt and support the lower back and hips; the Sculpt+ Legging, with a patented multi-panel high-rise waistband that activates muscle memory in the core, glutes, and spine; and the Arch Booster Sock, which focuses tension on the medial arch to retrain the foot and ankle. Pieces are designed for daily wear, work, travel, training, yoga and Pilates, rehab, post-surgery, and sleep, and are HSA and FSA eligible.

The studio sits on Main St, about a tenth of a mile from Northwest 67th Avenue and two tenths of a mile from Miami Lakes Drive East. Our Lady of the Lakes School and United Lakes Methodist Preschool are both roughly three tenths of a mile away, and Miami Lakes Park is about four tenths of a mile from the studio.

Forme Pilates of Miami Lakes is known for a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, and for posture apparel that carries orthopedic science into a Miami Lakes Pilates practice.
