The institution utilizes the Reggio Emilia approach to education, a philosophy created in the city of Reggio Emilia, Italy, that emphasizes children having control over the direction of their learning. Teachers provide children different avenues for thinking, revising, constructing, negotiating, developing, and symbolically expressing their thoughts and feelings through the "Hundred Languages of Children." The environment is guided by teachers to aim the interest of children in long term projects, allowing them to learn through experiences of touching, moving, listening, and observing. Teachers act as constant observers and supportive partners, working with children to solve problems and create conclusions together rather than hand-feeding information. Parents and family are active participants in the children’s education and are involved in their projects.

The academy offers specific programs aligned with Florida Standards and its educational philosophy. The Nido 1 classroom receives children from 1 year old to 2 and a half years old, using curricula such as “Baby Doll Circle Time” and “Beyond Cribs and Rattles” to develop skills through multi-sensory, hands-on activities. The Nido 2 classroom serves children from 2 and a half years old to 3 and a half years old using the “Creative Curriculum,” with a strong emphasis on potty training. The Preschool stage accepts children from 3 to 4 and a half years old who are physically, socially, and emotionally ready and potty trained, focusing on collaboration, communication, and peer group projects. Lead teachers hold either an Associate or a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields, while Assistant teachers hold a Child Development Associate Credential.
