Their grooming approach emphasizes a calm, stress-free environment where expert groomers provide one-on-one care for all breeds. Services include personalized full grooming with luxury baths, styling, nail care, and ear cleansing, as well as mini grooming and luxury bath options. The store maintains strict safety protocols and cleanliness standards to ensure pets feel loved and leave looking their best.

The concept originated in 2007 when founders Paul and Cara Allen opened their first store to address the lack of personalized, expert pet care found in large retail chains. They sought to restore the personal touch of classic neighborhood pet stores, focusing on high-quality products and customized luxury grooming services. Today, the brand has grown to more than 350 locations and is recognized as a national leader in pet nutrition and spa-quality grooming. The Kendall location continues this mission by prioritizing the health and happiness of pets through attentive service and premium offerings.

Grooming options include full grooming, which features a full-style haircut, luxury bath with shampoo and conditioner, blow drying, full body brushing, nail trimming and grinding, ear cleansing, and sanitary trims. Mini grooming services include a luxury bath, brushing, nail care, ear cleansing, and trims for the face, paws, tail, and ears. Both services include a bandana and revitalizing spray. The store maintains strict safety protocols and cleanliness standards, using a dog-in, dog-out appointment system to reduce wait times and keep dogs separate.

The business holds a 4.70 rating from customers who have reviewed it.
