Jett Printworks

Jett Printworks is a graphic designer and wholesale contract screen printer in Deltona, FL, located at 2829 Staten Dr. It holds a rating of 4.70 based on customer reviews. The company specializes exclusively in waterbase and discharge printing, a softer, more eco-friendly approach to apparel decoration than traditional plastisol methods. These inks bond with the fabric itself, producing prints with a soft hand feel, natural breathability, and a lived-in quality that does not coat or seal the fiber. This technique works on dark garments without a heavy underbase and adds authentic character through slight variation by dye lot.

Jett Printworks serves distributors, sign shops, embroidery shops, and award stores across Central Florida and beyond. The business is wholesale-only and never sells direct to the public. They ship blind and will never market to or contact their clients' customers, ensuring trade relationships remain safe. Their 2026 wholesale price list is available to qualified trade accounts, with pricing that is all-inclusive of setup, labor, and ink. The company delivers premium quality on every run, handling jobs from 24 pieces to 1,200 or more, with fast turnaround times that keep projects on schedule.

Matt Jett founded the business in 2008 after his mother retired and his sister relocated the embroidery side of the family operation to Virginia. Matt’s journey began in 1999 when he moved to Florida and joined a business his mother started with a single-head embroidery machine. The family grew that small operation into a large shop offering multi-head embroidery. Matt learned screenprinting the old-fashioned way, working through a book and teaching himself through trial and error with a used Rototex printer. He has grown the business steadily, maintaining hands-on craftsmanship decades later. The company focuses on being the kind of contract printer they would want to work with themselves, providing durable prints that hold up wash after wash and cut down on reorders and complaints.

Located on Staten Dr in Deltona, FL, the business sits about 0.3 miles from Lake Hutchinson and Doyle Road.
