Established in June 2020, the winery is the result of a long-standing partnership between Michael Annatone and Kristen Parsons. As the Cellar Master, Michael brings an entrepreneurial spirit and innovative design to the winery's operations. Kristen serves as the winemaker, bringing over 15 years of professional experience, including a degree in Viticulture and Oenology from Washington State University and extensive work in the vineyards of Washington and Virginia. The winery focuses on small-batch production, utilizing unique varietals, blends, and practices to create out-of-the-box styles.

The winery is located on Nettleton Ave, near the intersection of Quinnipiac Avenue and Universal Drive. It is situated a short distance from Little River Pond and Montowese Park.
