Fence Factory Inc

Fence Factory Inc is a Fence Company in Norwalk, CT. The business provides fence installation, custom manufacturing, automated gate services, and repairs for residential and commercial properties across Fairfield and Westchester counties. Founded in 1976 by Salvatore Bellissimo, the company is now led by his sons, Philip and James, who bring more than thirty years of experience to the firm. They specialize in crafting cedar, vinyl, and aluminum fences, handling the entire process in-house from wood selection to staining. Their work focuses on creating structures that provide privacy, security, and pool safety compliance while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of a property.

The Fence Factory distinguishes itself through in-house manufacturing and a meticulous finishing process. For cedar fences, the team stacks wood to allow maximum airflow for drying, fills nail holes with a high-performance air filler, and sands the surface for smoothness. They prime the wood to seal it and apply two coats of solid stain with adequate drying time between applications. Careful stacking with layers of wax paper ensures the product arrives in optimal condition. After installation, the team fills screw holes and performs touch-up painting. Customers can visit the Stamford showroom at 22 Dyke Lane to explore styles, finishes, and designs before committing to a project.

Philip and James Bellissimo provide design advice and structural recommendations to help clients choose the right fencing solution. They view a fence as more than a boundary, serving as a backdrop for plantings, a space divider, or a way to set the mood for a garden. The company serves communities in Connecticut, including Norwalk, Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, and Ridgefield, as well as areas in New York such as White Plains, Rye, and Chappaqua. Their approach combines functional durability with visual harmony, ensuring each fence complements the charm of the local community.
