The studio describes its purpose as broader than creating exceptional dancers. It aims to nurture a love of the arts, cultivate friendships, build work ethic, and honor commitments, and for many students the studio becomes part of their identity and a source of belonging and camaraderie during formative years. Its professional teachers and personalized approach are credited with creating strong dancers who thrive across many genres and remain part of a vibrant community. Families who train there describe the teachers and older students as strong role models, and describe the environment as caring and supportive, with students leaving class happy. One departing student, after ten years at the studio, called it home and credited it with offering outstanding opportunities, while another said four years there was the greatest gift she had been given.

The studio sits on East Putnam Avenue, steps from Milbank Avenue and about a tenth of a mile from the Greenwich Civil War Monument and Maple Avenue. The YMCA of Greenwich is about two tenths of a mile away.

Two decades of teaching in Greenwich, a roster of more than 450 students, and recognition as Fairfield County's best dance studio by Serendipity Magazine reflect what the studio has built locally.
