Founder Anel Dzafic is a certified Holistic Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a certified golf conditioning specialist. He has trained over 400 clients ranging from ages 10 to 90, including professional athletes from the NBA and NFL. He has been featured on NBC’s The TODAY Show. The trainers use a slow burn method in 30-minute weekly private one-on-one sessions to tone and build muscle. This approach relies on safely building lean muscle mass and kickstarting an active metabolism. Slow lifting reduces momentum, requiring muscles to do more of the work, which leads to a stronger, fitter result in half the time. The method reduces forces and stress on joints and tendons, making it a safe workout for everyone.

Countdown Fitness specializes in lower back pain, osteoporosis prevention and treatment, and pre- and post-natal workouts. The trainers provide guidance on nutrition and create custom plans that fit individual needs and lifestyles. They work with people who want to lose weight quickly and keep it off in a healthy way. Clients have reported regaining strength, losing weight, and improving posture through the weekly sessions. The business emphasizes that every body is different and deserves special treatment.

The business maintains a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it.
