Owner and training director Ivan Rios is a Certified Dog Trainer with more than 15 years of experience. All training sessions and consultations take place in the client’s home or neighborhood to ensure skills transfer to the dog’s actual environment. The team offers specialized programs such as a Jumpstart Board & Train for puppies that splits training into two blocks to address adolescence, as well as a four-week rehab program for dogs with reactivity or aggression. Services include twice-weekly report cards, individualized video tutorials, and handover lessons to help owners maintain progress.

Daycare and boarding services emphasize structured supervision and individual attention over traditional kennel housing. New dogs start with a free Meet & Greet to ensure they are a good fit for the pack. The facility provides dedicated spaces with personal beds and toys, supervised group play, and downtime. Boarding is priced per night, with additional options for extra walks, play sessions, and grooming. The business also offers a founding membership model for unlimited daycare and boarding at a locked annual rate.

The business maintains a 4.50 rating from its customers, reflecting the satisfaction of families who have used its training and care services.
