The dairy herd began with five purebred Holsteins and expanded to more than 300 cows over time. The farm and its associated businesses have won numerous awards at world-class dairy shows, and its products are made using traditional techniques to ensure quality. The dairy plant in Bantam is central to the operation, producing all Arethusa Farm Dairy products.
