Owner and training director Ivan Rios, a Certified Dog Trainer with over 15 years of experience, leads the team. Rios emphasizes observing dog behavior to address underlying causes rather than relying on generic commands. The approach includes in-home consultations where the trainer assesses the dog in its own environment, followed by customized programs that provide homework sheets and report cards. Specific offerings include a Jumpstart Board & Train program for puppies split into two blocks, a two-week foundation for young dogs, and advanced programs for guard breeds or those requiring maximum off-leash reliability. The reactive dog rehab program utilizes disengagement training, counterconditioning, and desensitization to address barking, lunging, and aggression.

Daycare and boarding services begin with a free Meet & Greet to ensure a proper fit. Daycare packages range from single days to punch-card discounts, while boarding includes dedicated spaces with beds and toys, structured daytime activities, and add-ons like extra walks. The business requires current distemper, Bordetella, and rabies vaccines for all dogs. Rios works alongside a team that includes Jen, and utilizes his own dogs to maintain high standards of care and training. The company also offers a founding membership option for lifetime daycare or boarding rates, capped at thirty families.
