Barky Mountain Grooming

Barky Mountain Grooming is a Pet Store in Lone Tree, CO, located at 9064 Forsstrom Dr Unit B10. The business provides luxury dog and cat grooming services to residents of Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Centennial, Littleton, south Aurora, and Sedalia. The salon is owned and operated by Crystal and Oscar Ramos, with Crystal serving as the lead groomer and Oscar managing operations. The facility features raised tubs, warm water, high-velocity dryers, and a private room for pets that prefer a quieter environment. The business holds a rating of 4.40 based on customer reviews. The grooming approach centers on assigning each dog to a single groomer for the entire visit, ensuring the pet receives one-on-one attention from check-in to pickup. This method avoids passing animals between multiple staff members and allows the groomer to learn the dog’s coat, quirks, and comfort limits. Clients can request a specific groomer by name and maintain that pairing for future visits. The salon uses non-toxic, pet-safe products matched to the pet’s coat and skin, and offers creative grooming with semi-permanent, non-toxic color for special occasions. Oscar maintains every pair of shears and dryer on site, sharpening blades himself to ensure comfort for the animals. Services include full-service grooming, bath and brush, and cat grooming. Cat services involve gentle bathing, de-matting, sanitary and comfort trims, lion cuts, and optional nail caps, with appointments scheduled in quiet time slots to minimize stress. The business also provides add-on services such as nail trims, ear cleaning, brushouts, teeth brushing, and de-shedding treatments. Self-wash stations are available for walk-ins during open hours. The salon is located near Park Meadows and is accessible from I-25, C-470, and E-470. The business is recognized for its positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting a reputation for attentive, stress-free grooming. The owner-operated model ensures that clients hire individuals who remember their pets, rather than a rotating roster of staff. This personalized care extends to transparent pricing, where final costs are determined after the groomer assesses the coat condition, length, and temperament. Barky Mountain Grooming combines personalized, one-on-one care with professional grooming expertise, making it a trusted choice for pet owners in Lone Tree and the surrounding south Denver metro area.
