She holds a BA in Education with an emphasis in Bilingual Studies and an MAEd in Diverse Learners with an emphasis in Gifted and Talented for children younger than five. Her global travel to places like Singapore and Italy informs a curriculum that incorporates language acquisition, world music, and outdoor play. The facility is Eco-Healthy Child Care Certified, adhering to 30 environmental best practices such as using non-toxic cleaning supplies, maintaining positive air quality, conducting water testing, and avoiding PVC toys.

Programming for infants (2 weeks to 12 months) utilizes the HighScope curriculum to encourage sensory exploration and collaborative play. Toddler care (1 to 2.5 years) focuses on emotional intelligence, social skills, and self-awareness through engaging themes and hands-on approaches. Preschool (2.5 to 5 years) and Pre-Kindergarten (4 to 5 years) programs prepare children for kindergarten using research-based HighScope strategies, with pre-K teachers being state-certified. The academy also offers before, after, and summer school care and camps for children ages 5 to 12, featuring homework clubs, D.E.A.R. reading time, science and art clubs, storytime with a librarian, and educational field trips to zoos and museums. Daily enrichment includes music, yoga, and art activities, while daily gratitude practices and mindfulness foster a positive mindset.

Nutritious, organic meals and snacks are provided daily, including breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks made from high-quality ingredients. The facility is entirely nut-free and free of dyes and preservatives. Parents stay connected through the COR Advantage mobile communication app, which tracks daily details like nap times and diaper changes, provides photos, and offers access to tri-annual progress assessments. The center serves children from two weeks old through age twelve across its Erie, Colorado Springs, Kansas City, and Parkville locations.
