It holds a rating of 4.80 based on customer reviews.

The studio employs a developmental teaching approach that balances structure with imaginative play. Classes for toddlers and preschoolers incorporate weekly themes, props, and costumes to build coordination, body awareness, and gross motor skills in a non-competitive environment. The curriculum includes physical focal elements designed to strengthen coordination, body awareness, and flexibility, while introducing technical elements for ballet and jazz. Once children turn six, they transition into the Creation Station Academy, which offers more rigorous, structured training without the pressure of competition. The curriculum is designed to foster self-esteem and creativity while teaching technical elements in ballet and jazz.

Founded in 1992 by Judy Carmen, the program began in Sherman Oaks and has since expanded to multiple locations across Southern California and New York. The studio’s philosophy emphasizes nurturing personal and artistic strengths, allowing students to develop their own style. Many alumni have gone on to professional dance careers, while others carry the confidence and skills learned in class into adulthood. The instructors focus on how they work with students rather than just movement styles, aiming to improve ability, focus, and cognitive skills both inside and outside the studio. Additional offerings include contemporary jazz, musical theater, dance camps, and dance-based birthday parties.
