The clinic is a branch of Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care, which is located in Suite 101 and open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, for care outside of regular clinic hours.

The clinic offers a wide range of primary care services, including comprehensive evaluations, on-site digital X-rays and results, on-site labs and results, and various physicals such as annual, sports, employment, and DOT. Other services include well baby visits, sick visits, treatment for colds and flu, allergies and asthma, ear and sinus infections, chronic illness treatment, flu shots and testing, Covid testing, ECGs, and hormone replacement therapy. The clinic accepts most PPO insurance plans, including Blue Cross, Blue Shield, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, and Health Net, as well as cash and credit card payments. It does not currently accept HMOs. Patients can schedule an appointment by calling, booking online, or walking in. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The clinic is located at 27699 Jefferson Ave # 310, which is about a tenth of a mile from Jefferson Avenue and the Escondido Freeway. It is also about two tenths of a mile from the CHP Temecula Office and the One Nation Under God garden, and about three tenths of a mile from Brentwood Montessori School and Overland Drive.
