Star Dance Center

Star Dance Center is a dance studio in Santa Clarita, California, offering tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop and tumbling for children of all ages. The studio has provided professional dance instruction to the Santa Clarita Valley for nearly two decades, with classes structured so that every student can enjoy a well-rounded dance education. Students have the chance to perform at two recitals each year, and the studio keeps a family friendly atmosphere. It holds a rating of 4.60 from the customers who have reviewed it. The studio's mission centers on four values: community, character, celebrate and care. Dancers are taught the importance of giving back locally through awareness, volunteerism and service, and students are encouraged to be both strong dancers and people of integrity and compassion. Joy and passion for dance are marked through performance, positivity and encouragement. Parents describe teachers who keep young children engaged while having fun, a welcoming front desk, and an organized, family-oriented environment; one notes a daughter's progress continuing through online classes. Onsite parking is available in the lots surrounding the studio. The studio sits on Peachland Avenue, about a tenth of a mile from Old Orchard Park and roughly two tenths of a mile from Old Orchard Elementary School. Peachland Avenue Elementary School is about three tenths of a mile away, and the Old Orchard II Club House is about four tenths of a mile away. Lyons Avenue and Orchard Village Road both run nearby. Nearly two decades of instruction in the Santa Clarita Valley, a 4.60 rating, and a program built from age 2 through recital performance make Star Dance Center a long-standing place for local children to begin and grow in dance.
