Cindy began her dance training with Alice Faye Myers and Benny Smith, learning the fundamentals of tap, jazz, and ballet. She was crowned Miss Santa Clara in 1987 and became the first Miss San Jose the following year. During her seven-year reign as a San Francisco Forty-Niners Gold Rush cheerleader, she earned two Super Bowl rings and performed for the USO, entertaining United States troops stationed in Korea. She also danced behind musical artists including Tony Bennett, Jeffrey Osbourne, Boys II Men, and Carlos Santana. Cindy co-directed the San Jose SaberKittens from 2011 to 2015, earning an Arena Bowl ring at the conclusion of the 2015 season. She has trained with Dennis Casbury, Gill Stroming, and Mia Michaels, and keeps current by attending clinics, workshops, and conventions.

Michelle La Herran began dance lessons at age two and a half, studying tap, jazz, ballet, and gymnastics. Under Alice Faye Myers, she learned adagio and won numerous state competitions. Michelle cheered for the San Francisco Forty-Niners Gold Rush for five years, traveling to Korea and Bosnia on USO Tours and earning a Super Bowl ring. She also spent four years cheering for the Golden State Warriors in the NBA. Michelle served as assistant choreographer for the San Jose SaberKittens in 2007 and 2008, traveling to New Orleans for their 2007 Arena Bowl championship. From 2011 to 2015, she served as co-director, earning a second Arena Bowl ring. A graduate of San Jose State University, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations.
