Carine Camara combines holistic wellness expertise with acupuncture and spiritual life coaching to help clients release pain and celebrate life. Guided by the mantra “Be your Beloved Self,” she focuses on spiritual well-being, physical health, and meaningful relationships. Her approach uses Traditional Chinese Medicine to restore the body’s energy channels to homeostasis, addressing mind, body, and spirit misalignments. Treatments include acupuncture with sterile stainless steel needles, nutrition, breathwork, movement, and massage. She treats conditions such as hormone imbalance, PCOS, scoliosis, muscle tension, stress, anxiety, and iodine deficiency.

The practice addresses specific perimenopausal symptoms including heart palpitations, anxiety, rage, anger, depression, and sleep disturbances. Facial acupuncture is used to support firmer, more lifted eye and brow tissue by improving local circulation and stimulating muscles, addressing whole-body patterns that manifest as facial tension or sagging. A dysregulated nervous system, showing as blocked Qi or tension, is treated by calming specific points around the Heart and Pericardium meridians to shift the body from a chaotic state to peace.
