The firm’s experience covers a variety of project types, with approximately 60 percent commercial and 40 percent residential work. Commercial projects include new winery buildings, tasting rooms, restaurants, office buildings, retail spaces, medical offices, tenant improvements, warehouses, commercial kitchens, shopping centers, new site development, indoor grow facilities, cannabis operations, municipal buildings, and apartment complexes. Notable work includes a 28,000-square-foot new winery developed from bare land, a 104,000-square-foot new police station in San Jose, and new border station buildings totaling 225,000 square feet.

Residential services encompass new home design, home additions, and residential land development in contemporary and traditional styles. The firm focuses on understanding how residential spaces are used, how they are daylit, and how they connect to outdoor spaces and views. They assist property owners and businesses with new construction, additions, remodels, tenant improvements, site planning, and building permit drawings and submittals. The approach emphasizes listening to client goals, inviting client participation during the design process, and creating solutions that respond to unique site contexts and end-user needs.

Form Studio Architecture combines deep regional experience with a client-focused design philosophy, delivering practical, code-compliant architectural solutions for property owners and businesses in Napa and the surrounding Bay Area communities.
