They provide bulk delivery options, including up to 3, 6, 10, and 16 tons of hay, with their own crew and equipment handling loading, strapping, delivery, and unloading. Hay is typically priced at a discounted direct ton rate that includes haul and unload, though hand stacking incurs an additional fee. Customers can mix and match types of hay and other farm supplies, with trailers able to hold up to two types of hay, often split between two proximal locations. The store operates Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Sat from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Sun from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Orders for delivery must be placed by 12PM the day prior to the route. A similar radius applies to their Morgan Hill store. They also partner with Town Cats to bring adoptable cats to their San Jose location. The business is known for its positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting the trust and relationships built through knowledge and service. Ganado Feed & Pet Supplies brings its family-owned approach and extensive selection of feed and supplies to the Morgan Hill community, serving both pet owners and livestock keepers with reliable local delivery.
