Half Moon Orthodontics

Half Moon Orthodontics is an orthodontist in Lake Forest, California, serving patients of all ages from Lake Forest, Irvine, Foothill Ranch, Mission Viejo, Tustin, and the surrounding communities. The practice offers clear aligners, clear ceramic braces, modern low-profile metal braces, and orthodontic treatment for children, teens, and adults. It holds a 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it.

The practice is led by Dr. Ronak Mody, a board-certified orthodontist. He studied at the University of the Pacific for his undergraduate degree, earned his dental degree at the University of Pennsylvania, and completed his orthodontics residency at Seton Hill University. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. Born and raised in Southern California, he met his wife, Rakhee, in Philadelphia during dental school before the couple returned to the West Coast.

The practice name comes from the street where Dr. Mody and his wife started their family, chosen because of the way that street brought people together and because a half moon also resembles a bright, happy smile. The office is in-network with most PPO dental insurance plans and offers flexible payment plans. Treatment is provided for children, teens, and adults, and the practice sees patients through the completion of their smile transformations.

The office sits on Portola Parkway, a short distance from Glass Creek and its viewpoint, and close to the junctions with El Toro Road, Purpose Drive, and Rancho Parkway.

Half Moon Orthodontics pairs board-certified orthodontic care with treatment options for every age, from clear aligners to ceramic and metal braces, for families across Lake Forest and the neighboring Orange County communities.
