Optum Pest Management

Optum Pest Management is a pest control company in Huntington Beach, California. It provides residential and commercial pest control for homes and businesses throughout Huntington Beach and the surrounding areas of Orange County. Services cover ants, spiders, rodents, mosquitoes, cockroaches, wasps, fleas, and other common Southern California pests. The company offers free inspections and quotes with no obligation, same-day and emergency appointments, and a re-service guarantee: if pests return between scheduled treatments, the team comes back at no extra charge. Treatments follow Integrated Pest Management methods, which emphasize low-impact, targeted applications and work on the source of a problem rather than the symptoms. The company holds a 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it.

Optum Pest Management was founded in 2022 by Nathan, who brought more than a decade of hands-on pest control experience to the business. He serves as owner and qualifying manager and is personally involved in every job. Kyle, who has over five years of pest control experience along with a decade running his own painting contracting business, is also part of the team. The company describes itself as a small, local business, and customers who call reach Nathan, the owner, rather than a call center. Both team members are licensed professionals.

Its approach begins with a thorough assessment of a property to identify pest species, entry points, and the conditions that attract them. From there, the team addresses root causes by sealing entry points and removing attractants, then uses the least invasive and most targeted treatment methods available when treatment is needed. Results are tracked over time and the approach adjusted to prevent re-infestation. Residential plans include bimonthly service packages, while commercial treatment plans are customized and scheduled around a business's hours.

The business is on Huntington Street, about a tenth of a mile from McCallen Park and roughly half a mile from Huntington Beach City Hall and the Pacific Ranch Clubhouse. Main Street, Beach Boulevard, and East Adams Avenue all run within about half a mile.

For Huntington Beach homeowners and businesses dealing with ants, rodents, or roaches, Optum Pest Management pairs a decade-plus of owner experience with a re-service guarantee and a source-first approach to treatment.
