The facility is a 6-bay operation managed by Darryl and Jamie, who married in 1987 and opened the business in 1997. Darryl began his automotive education in high school and worked as a lead shop mechanic and manager for a German automotive specialist before starting his own venture. The team includes four full-time technicians, two service writers, and an on-site payroll and accounting service. Technicians are assigned to vehicles based on their specific training, which is updated regularly to keep pace with automotive innovations. The shop utilizes OEM parts for repairs and provides a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on services. To maintain vehicle cleanliness, technicians use floor covers, steering wheel covers, and gloves when entering a car. For customers whose vehicles require overnight stays, the shop utilizes a 24/7 monitored security gate.

While the shop services most vehicles, they do not service Jaguar, Mini Cooper, or Maserati, nor do they provide internal powertrain repairs to Audi, VW, or BMW. They also do not offer alignment services, key cutting or programming, smog testing, tires, glass repair or replacement, or body and paint repairs. If a vehicle requires extended time for service, the shop offers transportation to locations such as Sierra Vista Mall and Starbucks. The business provides 6-month interest-free financing through CarCareONE for those who qualify. They strive to provide estimates accurate to the penny without upselling and maintain constant contact with customers regarding their vehicle's status.

The business is known for its positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting a reputation for reliable, quality service. This standing is built on two decades of experience and a commitment to treating customers like family.
