Every project begins with a professional estimator inspecting the property and providing a written contract that details scope, materials, timeline, and price. Estimates remain valid for 30 days. The company uses Dunn-Edwards and Sherwin-Williams paints exclusively, applied at manufacturer-specified spread rates to qualify for full manufacturer warranties. A follow-up maintenance program inspects and re-coats on schedule to keep warranties valid.

Specialized services address Southern California conditions, including liquid-applied waterproof membranes that seal leaks and reflect heat on residential and commercial roofs. The home hardening line provides fire-rated coatings and ember-resistant upgrades for wildfire-prone areas, handling compliance requirements such as ember-resistant vent upgrades and fire retardant coatings for exposed wood. The contractor is licensed in California as Contractor License #864996 and is EPA certified for lead-safe work practices.

The business has served more than 4,750 customers and painted more than 8,500 homes. It is known for its positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it.
