DeVera has over 30 years of experience in dance and operations, managing Jayvee Dance Center for 12 years and serving as COO for BackBeat, Pro.

The studio features accelerated youth programs with competitive and performance teams. Competitive teams include Elite, Entourage, and Rookies, training in ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, contemporary, and lyrical styles for ages 4 to 18. Performance teams include Mini Hit List, Junior Hit List, Hit List, and the New Performance Team for ages 6 to 18. Participation in teams is by audition only. The faculty includes fitness instructor Jasmine Campa, studio manager Ryan Consebido, and team admin director Danielle Carreon, alongside numerous instructors and front desk staff.
