She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and a Minor in Dance. Sasha is a registered 200-hour yoga teacher and personal trainer with over 20 years of experience coaching competitive dance. Ben Naasz, the other co-owner, holds a 1st degree black belt in American Kenpo Karate, a martial art based on the Chinese system of Chuan Fa Gung Shou. Ben has more than 15 years of training in the Kenpo style and holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Shenandoah University and an MFA in Scene Design from the University of Arizona. He has worked as a professional actor. Together, they established the studio to provide high-quality instruction with an emphasis on a whole-body, whole-mind, and whole-family approach.

Footlight Productions, the studio's affiliated non-profit company, produces several junior musicals, straight plays, vaudeville acts, and full musicals annually. The 2025 season includes Into the Woods, Fat Night Follies, Moana Jr, and Footloose. The company serves youth and adult performers as well as the studio's competitive dance team.
