Barley & Smoke

Barley & Smoke is a brewery associated with Peoria Artisan Brewery, a family and community oriented brewpub and gastropub in Peoria, AZ. The brewery's owners, Matthew and Kristina Frosch, are Peoria residents who live, work, and play in the northwest Valley community they serve. The venture traces back to 2013, when the owners opened the Litchfield Taproom in historic Litchfield Park, just west of the Wigwam Resort, where they brewed small 1 BBL batches and developed an experimental barrel program. The Peoria location followed in November 2015, establishing the 5 BBL brewery and full kitchen that anchor the current gastropub. A garage door on the bar opens the indoor space to Arizona weather, and growler fills are available with growler club members receiving a 15 percent discount.
