Cobre Valley Center for the Arts

Cobre Valley Center for the Arts is an arts hub and giftshop in Globe, Arizona. This 501c3 organization serves the local community through a variety of creative outlets, including art galleries, theater performances, and music. The center features a diverse range of works, such as photography, paintings, sculpture, copper work, jewelry, and quilts.

The center is housed in a grand, historical 1906 building that formerly served as the Gila County Courthouse. Following a twenty-year restoration effort by volunteers that began in 1984, the facility has been returned to its original grandeur. The interior includes a piano classroom, a dance studio, and a display dedicated to Rose Mofford, the first female governor in Arizona. The second level hosts multiple galleries for local artists, while the third level provides a theater for the Copper Cities Community Players to host various seasonal productions.

Located on N Broad St, the center is situated near the Gila County Broad Street Offices and is a short walk from the Globe Police Department and the Globe Fire Department.
