Franklin Primary Health Center is a medical clinic in Mobile, Alabama, serving individuals and families across the Davis Avenue community and surrounding areas. Mr. White, a nationally recognized advocate for health equity, has been inducted into the National Association of Community Health Centers’ CEO Hall of Fame and honored by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The center operates a Family Medicine Residency Program based at its Medical Mall location in downtown Mobile, training future physicians in community-based care.
