Cotton Row is a restaurant in Huntsville, AL. It serves modern American cuisine with southern influences, featuring seasonally inspired dishes, local seafood, and prime meats. Chef James Boyce leads the kitchen, bringing a classical French technique to the menu. The restaurant has been a part of the downtown dining scene since 2009 and holds an award-winning wine cellar. It hosts social events, weddings, corporate gatherings, and celebratory dinners, offering a restaurant-quality experience for private functions.

Chef Boyce is a 40-year industry veteran who began his career at Le Cirque in New York, working under Daniel Boulud. He studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, graduating with top honors. His professional path included roles at The Phoenician and Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, where he served as chef de cuisine. In 1995, he became executive chef at Loews Coronado Bay Resort, earning critical acclaim and various awards in Southern California. In 2003, he anchored the opening of Studio, which earned a second Mobil Five-Star award. Boyce and his wife Suzan later relocated to Huntsville to develop Boyce Restaurant Concepts, Inc., opening Cotton Row in 2008. The menu includes specific preparations such as Coastal Seafood Chowder, Crawfish Etouffee Arancini, and Gulf Shrimp Aguachile Verde, alongside house-made pasta and seasonal salads.

The restaurant is located at 100 Southside Square, on the southwest corner of the Courthouse Square. It sits in a three-story brick building constructed in 1821 along the cotton exchange. The location is immediately adjacent to the Small Bull sculpture and South Side Square, with Madison Street nearby. Huntsville City Hall and Big Spring are also within a short distance, and the Madison County Courthouse is about a tenth of a mile away.

Cotton Row stands among the most established dining destinations in historic Downtown Huntsville, recognized for its refined cuisine and gracious hospitality.
