Founded by Meghan Lucas, who brings 15 years of experience in movement and self-awareness along with over 8,000 teaching hours, the studio emphasizes an inclusive, nonjudgmental environment. The practice focuses on strength with purpose, lifelong mobility, and empowerment through education. To support the community, the studio offers donation-based sessions, various demographic discounts, and even provides access to a pantry and fridge for those in need.
Located on Downey St, the studio is a short walk from O'Dell Mini Park and near Slade Elementary School. It is also situated approximately half a mile from the "W" Marker and the historic Feeding Laramie Valley building.
