United Community Center

United Community Center is a community center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Serving individuals ranging from six weeks to 103 years of age, the center provides a wide array of specialized services including educational programs, human services, senior support, and homebuyer counseling. The organization serves more than 18,000 people annually through its various community-focused initiatives.

Since its founding in 1970, the center has evolved from a small youth center into an intergenerational safe haven dedicated to empowering the Hispanic community and families. Notable offerings include the Early Learning Academy for infants and toddlers, UCC Schools for K4 through 8th grade, and an Adult Day Center for older adults. The center also provides substance use treatment, a First Time Homebuyer Program with certified counselors, and the on-site restaurant, Café el Sol, which serves authentic Mexican and Puerto Rican cuisine.
