Southside Community Health Services is a clinic in Minneapolis, MN. This full-service community health center provides a complete spectrum of holistic care, including medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health services. Founded in 1971 through a partnership between three volunteers, Southside Ministries, and Abbott Northwestern Hospital, the organization has been committed to exceptional care for over 50 years. The center offers specialized services such as MNsure enrollment, child and teen checkups, and access to medical records via MyChart. While dental and oral health services are available at both the 4th Avenue and East Lake Street locations, all other services are centralized at the East Lake Street clinic.

The clinic is located on S Lee Hwy, near South Mouse Creek and a short distance from Taylor Spring Park.
