Black Dog Prints does not check or correct submitted files. Because all items are custom printed, returns and exchanges are not offered, and color shades are not guaranteed since monitor settings vary. Transfers are pressed for 10 seconds at medium pressure of roughly 30-40 PSI, then covered with a Teflon sheet and repressed for 10 more seconds.
