He serves as an associate professor in the MUSC department of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery and directs the Multidisciplinary Vestibular Program. Dr. Rizk is the vice-president of the Vestibular Disorders Association and a member of the Bárány society. He is a fellow of the American Neurotology Society, a member of the American Balance Society, and part of the Otology and Neurotology Education Committee of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
