Brighton Swim Academy

Brighton Swim Academy is a swimming school in Mt Pleasant, SC. Serving children of all ages and abilities, the academy provides specialized swimming lessons in a safe, nurturing, and indoor year-round environment. The facility features a child-centric curriculum designed to develop safe, confident, and happy swimmers.

The academy is family-owned and operated, having opened its doors in May 2019. The facility utilizes a state-of-the-art UV filtration system to kill bacteria, which allows for cutting chlorine use in half while maintaining incredibly clean water. To ensure an optimal learning environment, both the pool and air temperatures are kept at 90 degrees. Instructors are extensively trained, receiving more than 40 hours of swim and safety training with continuous education throughout the year, and over half of the staff members are Lifeguard and CPR certified. Additionally, the academy offers free makeup lessons to accommodate changing schedules.

Located on Salterbeck St, the academy is a short drive from Laurel Hill Primary School and Thomas C Cario Middle School. The facility is also situated near Mount Pleasant Hospital and Charleston Fun Park.
