ZEUS Foods is a food seasoning manufacturer in Charleston, SC. The company produces a traditional Greek seasoning blend designed to add flavor to a wide variety of dishes, including chicken, steak, salads, pasta, veal, roast, fish, shrimp, octopus, calamari, turkey, ribs, hamburger, omelets, dressings, stews, and vegetable dishes. The product line includes both traditional and no-salt options, with packaging sizes ranging from 8 ounces to 32 ounces. The seasoning is gluten-free and contains no MSG.

The recipe was developed by Spiro Fokas in the village of Mavrata on the island of Kefalonia, where it earned numerous awards and was known locally as the King of All Seasonings. Fokas brought the blend to Charleston, SC, and opened Old Towne Grill & Seafood in 1972 to share the flavor with the downtown community. The Fokas family expanded their restaurant presence with the opening of North Towne Grill & Seafood in 1990 and ZEUS Grill & Seafood in 2001. The seasoning has a history of over 75 years as a family secret blend. Pit masters across the country have won awards using the product, and hundreds of restaurants utilize Zeus Seasoning daily. Customers in the Charleston area can purchase the small traditional and no-salt varieties at The Vegetable Bin on Spring Street, Mount Pleasant Seafood on Shrimp Boat Lane, and Simmons Seafood on Palm Boulevard. The large traditional variety, along with small traditional and no-salt options, is available at Sweetgrass Mercandile Hardware on North Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant.
