Adventist Christian Academy of Charleston is a private educational institution in Charleston, SC. She holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and completed graduate studies at Loma Linda University. Mrs. Michaelson teaches grades 3-5 and has over 17 years of experience, having previously taught at Adventist Christian School in Greeley, Colorado. She graduated from Spicer Adventist University and earned a B.A. from the National Institute of Open Schooling in Gujarat, India. Miss Flores teaches kindergarten through 2nd grade. She was born in Long Island, New York, and graduated from Southern Adventist University with a degree in Liberal Arts Education and a minor in English as a Second Language. She speaks four languages and has experience as a student teacher, executive assistant, and tutor. Mrs. Wedel serves as Treasurer and Business Manager; she is a Charleston native who attended Charleston Junior Academy and Mount Pisgah Academy, and holds a B.S.N. from Southern Missionary College and an M.S.N. from Dalton Junior College.
