The grounds include the Lake View House, a fully-equipped three-bedroom home, as well as cabins situated by the water or tucked within the woods. The Lodge serves as the central hub for the camp, providing check-in services, firewood, ice, and snacks, and is also the location where Mark prepares his famous Sunday morning breakfast.

Located on Tanglewood Road, the campground is situated approximately 2.1 miles from the Tioga River and a short drive from Hemlock Hill.
