They treat leadership as a partnership with families and strive to know each camper by name and story. Their daughter, Nikki, joined the Directorship in 2018, and together they have helped thousands of girls create lifelong memories. The camp prides itself on a carefully designed, structured program that promotes individual and group development, with a motto that encourages girls to try their best rather than being the best.

The Mount Laurel location is situated on Fellowship Rd, about a quarter of a mile from a Greyhound bus station and a short distance from the CoCo Key Water Resort. It is located less than half a mile from the New Jersey Turnpike and Nixon Drive, with the North Branch Pennsauken Creek also within half a mile. Church Road is about seven-tenths of a mile away.
