Safari Strength

Safari Strength is a gym in Hannibal, Missouri, specializing in performance training for the powerlifting athlete. The concept for Safari Strength began in March 2020, evolving from a single-bay garage into a three-bay detached garage training space. The facility is led by Zach, a NASM-CPT, PES, CES, and FNS professional. His credentials include being an 82.5kg Open Raw Full Power Gold Medalist at the 2022 USPA Drug Tested Squat 2 Depth Summer Showdown, as well as qualifying for the 2022-2023 USPA Drug Tested Nationals and the 2022-2023 IPL Drug Tested North American Championships. The gym focuses on providing an excellent training experience where members can receive expert feedback and guidance regardless of their current fitness level or specific goals.

Located on Edgar St, the gym is situated near Oakwood Elementary School and is a short drive from both Huckleberry Park and the Hannibal Fire Station 2. The facility is also positioned near the intersection of Market Street and McMasters Avenue.
