Access Health Louisiana | South Broad Community Health is a medical clinic in New Orleans, LA. Established in the Central New Orleans area to serve underserved and uninsured residents, the clinic operates within the historic Broadmoor neighborhood. It provides adult and pediatric primary care, immunizations, sports physicals, and annual well visits. Additional services include maternal childcare coordination, contraceptive care, LGBTQ+ health care, HIV and STI testing, chronic care management, and health coaching. The clinic also offers behavioral health services through a team of trained therapists, psychiatrists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners, providing both individual and group therapy via in-person and virtual appointments. The facility is located at 3300 South Broad St, positioned along one of New Orleans’ busiest public transportation intersections. Public transportation stops are located right outside the entrance. The clinic is situated about a quarter of a mile from Saint Matthias Vocational School. It is roughly a third of a mile from the Rosa Keller Branch of the New Orleans Public Library and Napoleon Avenue. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
