Diabetes Management Center

Diabetes Management Center is a medical clinic in Houma, Louisiana, specializing in comprehensive diabetes self-management education and support. Appointments require a physician referral and are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The center also offers medical nutrition therapy and insulin instruction.

The Diabetes Management Center is staffed by a team of certified diabetes care and education specialists, including Holly Dufrene, RD, LDN, CDCES, who serves as Diabetes and Weight Management Coordinator.
