Robert McFalls serves as Executive Director. He joined the organization with more than 30 years of experience in long-term services and supports for elders and caregivers. His career began as a senior center director with the Bluegrass Area Agency on Aging, where he later served as Homecare Director. He subsequently led the Aging Commission of the Mid-South in Memphis as executive director for over 17 years, and later served as CEO of the Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach and Treasure Coast in West Palm Beach, Florida.
