Tyler, a pharmacist, serves as CEO and handles operations, finance, and groundskeeping, while Amie, with a background in design and marketing, serves as COO and wedding planner. The couple, parents of four daughters known as the Barnes Beauties, emphasize personal attention and family-style service.
